Lavaud is a small community just outside of Felletin. The view looking over Lavaud and out into the Plateau de Millevaches in Limousin is breathtaking.
This subject matter seemed a perfect candidate to create my 6' silk painting for the 'Salle de Marriage' at La Mairie de Felletin, France I was describing the feeling of looking out into the distance and over the mountains while standing in this beautiful landscape.
