One-on-one guidance — create art in a single afternoon!
In four hours of private, personalized instruction with René Shoemaker, you’ll learn to paint on silk from scratch, work at your own pace, and leave with silk paintings to call your own! With over 40 years of art practice, teaching in groups and individually, René will guide you through the magical skill of silk painting that will be fun and creative.

A pre-session conversation about your goals and style
Personalized instruction in basic and advance silk painting techniques
1-4 completed silk paintings created by you
Supply kit purchased separately
US and international students welcome

If you live outside the United States, contact me and we will create a supply pack using the materials available in your country.
